Guernsey-Gold undertakes not to disclose data about you to third parties except where required by local Law Enforcement agencies under an order from the Royal Court of Guernsey. We take your privacy seriously and will not use your personal details for re-sale or distribution to any companies that are not related to the founder. We will put you on the mailing list of our free newsletter whereby you can elect to unsubscribe.

Contact details

Guernsey Gold maintains contact details as provided by you in the registration process. Any changes to your personal information will need to be supplied to Guernsey Gold. Not doing so may affect the access and receipt of your bullion in future. This is for you protection. Any changes received will be confirmed by Guernsey Gold to the original verified address and/or phone number we have on file.

Communication between us
